The opening plenary welcomed our delegates with an exploration of the conference theme. The plenary addressed to the public with the notion that learning systems must undergo a deep transformation Faced with global conflicts, climate crisis and financial pressures. In addition, the emergence of AI in learning also poses the need to reshape both education and learning industries in the workplace – and how there must be a new focus on resilience and creativity, as opposed to traditional learning methods. Our Keynotes also discussed How universities and work organizations can build an “antifragile state of mind” not only to survive in such a disturbance – but also to prosper.

Continuing with the concept of the great “ 30 ”, this year, we welcomed the OEB program 30 Under 30.
